    you may use any flavor of pie filling.....this is a great dessert that you can make a American flag with.. use blueberry pie filling and cherry pie filling and leaving some without topping then arrange on tray

    24 cupcake liners 24 vanilla wafers
    2(8oz.)cream cheese(softened)
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 can cherry pie filling

    Recipe



    Line cupcake pan with liners..place vanilla wafer in each liner..beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla till light and fluffy..fill liners 1/2 full of cream cheese mixture..bake in 350 degree oven 15-20 minutes or until set..top each with 1 teaspon cherry pie filling..chill until time to serve
