    Low-Fat & Light Four Ingredient Cookbook – Coffee & Cale

    HERBED TOMATO SLICES

    WW Points
    Serves: 6

    3 medium tomatoes
    2/3 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 T. fat-free margarine, melted
    1/4 tsp. dried basil.

    Slice tomatoes and place in a shallow dish. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over tomatoes. Bake at 350-F for 5-6 minutes or until crumbs are brown.

    One serving equals: 52 calories…0.5 gm fat…105 mg sodium…1 gm protein…10 gm carbohydrate…0 cholesterol…1 gm fiber ++++ WWP: 1
