1 10-1/2 ounces condensed beef consomm� -- undiluted
1 10-1/2 ounces condensed French onion soup -- undiluted
2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- melted
1 cup long-grain rice -- uncooked
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup cashews -- chopped
1 tablespoon stick margarine -- melted
Combine first 4 ingredients in a lightly greased 10- x 6- x 2-inch baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour or until all liquid is absorbed. Saut� onion, raisins, and cashews in 1 tablespoon butter until onion is tender. Sprinkle mixture over cooked rice.
