    Low-Fat & Light Four Ingredient Cookbook – Coffee & Cale
    Serves: 4

    1 can refrigerated Pillsbury Pizza Crust.
    Refrigerated nonfat butter spray
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes.

    Unroll pizza dough and place in shallow baking pan. Spray both sides with butter spray. Sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.

    Bake at 425-F for 10-15 minutes. Turn strips over and bake an additional 5-7 minutes.

    One serving equals: 180 calories…2 gm fat (
