To further reduce sodium, use unsalted tortilla chips

Serves: 6 (5 nachos, each)
30 baked tortilla chips
1 pkg. (8 oz.) imitation crabmeat, chopped
1/4 c. reduced-fat sour cream
1/4 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 T. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
1/4 tsp. paprika
Arrange tortilla chips in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. In a bowl, combine the next 5 ingredients; spoon about 1 T. onto each chip. Sprinkle with cheese, olives and paprika.
Bake at 350-F for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
One 5-nacho serving equals: 190 calories…9 gm fat (3 saturated)…25 mg cholesterol…531 mg sodium…16 gm carbohydrate…1 gm fiber…13 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: 1 starch…1 lean meat…1 fat
