    1 c. (8 oz.) fat-free vanilla yogurt
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1 medium ripe banana, frozen and cut into chunks
    3 T. sugar-free chocolate drink mix
    1/4 tsp. vanilla

    In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.

    One 1-cup serving equals: 155 calories�1 gm fat (trace saturated)� 3 mg cholesterol�100 mg sodium�30 gm carbohydrate�2 gm fiber�7 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: 1-1/2 starch�1/2 fruit
