1 cup artificially sweetened, vanilla-flavored nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 cup unsweetened orange juice
1 medium banana
Sugar substitute equal to 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup ice cubes
In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
