    Cappuccino Mix
    Great for gifts from your kitchen!

    Serves: 16 (3 cups mix)

    1 c. powdered fat-free nondairy creamer
    1 c. instant chocolate drink mix
    2/3 c. instant coffee granules
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

    Combine all ingredients; mix well. Store in an airtight container.

    To Serve: add 3 T. mix to 3/4 c. boiling water; stir.

    One 3/4-cup serving equals: 106 calories...trace fat (trace saturated fat)...0 cholesterol...28 mg sodium...25 gm carbohydrate...1 gm protein.
