    Serves: 4

    1 c. light cranberry juice
    2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
    2 carton’s (8 oz., each) nonfat raspberry yogurt OR flavor of choice
    Sugar substitute equivalent to 1 T. sugar
    Few drops of red food coloring, optional
    Additional fresh raspberries, optional

    In a blender, combine first 5 ingredients; cover and blend at medium speed until smooth. Sere immediately. Garnish with raspberries if desired.

    One 3/4-cup serving equals: 184 calories…61 mg sodium…9 mg cholesterol…39 gm carbohydrate…5 gm protein…1 gm fat…0 fiber ++++ Exchanges: 2 fruit…1/2 skim milk
