    Orange-Banana Shake

    Low-Fat, Low-Cholesterol Cookbook – American Heart Assoc.
    Serves: 2

    1 c. orange juice
    1 small ripe banana
    1/4 c. instant nonfat milk powder
    1/2 c. ice cubes
    1/4 c. club soda

    In a blender process first 4 ingredients, until mixture is thick and ice cubes are crushed. Add club soda, stir and serve immediately.

    One 1-cup serving equals: 132 calories…4 gm protein…29 gm carbohydrate…Trace fat…1 mg cholesterol…53 mg sodium
