    Yield: 5 cups

    1 pt. (2 c.) fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries
    4 c. light raspberry-cranberry juice
    Mint sprigs, optional

    In a bowl, crush berries. Add juice and mix well. Strain thru a fine sieve or cheesecloth. Refrigerate. Garnish with mint sprigs if desired.

    1 cup equals: 60 calories…4 mg sodium…0 mg cholesterol…15 gm carbohydrate…trace protein…trace fat…3 gm fiber ++++ Exchanges: 1/2 fruit
