Spiced Iced Tea

Serves 4.
4 cups boiling water
2 tea bags, decaf or regular
2 whole cloves
1/2 cinnamon stick
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
Sugar substitute to taste
Ice cubes.
Mix all ingredients, except ice, and allow to brew for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags. Cool, then strain into 4 glasses filled with ice.
