    Yield: 1 loaf…2 pounds…16 slices

    1 c. plus 2 T. water (70-F to 80-F)
    2 T. honey
    2 T. vegetable oil
    1-1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3-1/2 c. bread flour
    2 tsp. active dry yeast

    In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to machine direction (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 T. water or flour if needed)

    One slice equals: 134 calories…146 mg sodium…0 cholesterol…25 gm carbohydrate…4 gm protein…2 gm fat ++++ Exchanges: 1-1/2 starch…1/2 fat
