    1/4 c. skim milk
    2 T. honey
    1/2 c. low-fat cream-style cottage cheese
    2-1/4 c. reduced-fat biscuit/baking mix
    1 T. poppy seeds

    In a blender combine the first 3 ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

    Stir in cottage cheese mixture just until blended. Turn onto a floured surface; pat or knead to 1/2-in thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter or just cut into squares. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake at 425-F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
