Baked Apple
Serves: 1
1 Granny Smith Apple
2 Tablespoons Grape Nuts Cereal
2 Tablespoons Sugar
Optional: Sprinkle top with cinnamon to taste.
Wash apple and core. Place apple right side up in a medium sized baking dish. Layer the sugar and Grape Nuts in the apple until the core is full to slightly overflowing. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of water on each apple. Add a little water to the bottom of the baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until apples are soft.
