    Honey Peach Freeze

    Plan ahead...needs to freeze. Honey Peach Freeze
    Exchanges
    Serves: 4

    1 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen sliced peaches, partially thawed
    1/4 c. honey
    2 T. orange juice
    1 T. lemon juice

    Set aside a few peach slices for garnish. Place remaining peaches in a blender or food processor; add honey and juices. Cover and process until smooth.

    Pour into 4 freezer-proof dishes. Freeze. Remove from the freezer 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with reserved peaches.

    One serving equals: 202 calories…9 mg sodium…0 cholesterol…53 gm carbohydrate…1 gm protein…trace fat ++++ Exchanges: 3-1/2 fruit
