Yield: 25 meatballs
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. Taco seasoning
Salsa
Mix beef and taco seasoning. Shape into 1-in. balls. Brown in nonstick skillet. Place on paper towels to drain. Reheat in over and serve with chilled salsa.
