Plan ahead.needs to chill at least 2 hours.
3/4 c. boiling water
1 pkg. .3 oz.) sugar-free strawberry gelatin
1 c. 1ce cubes
1-1/2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
3/4 c. reduced-fat whipped topping
In a blender, combine water and gelatin. Cover and process until gelatin is dissolved. Blend in ice cubes until partially melted. Add strawberries; process well. Pour into a bowl; fold in whipped topping. Chill for 2 hours.
