1/2 c. minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. coarsely ground or cracked pepper
In a bowl, combine all ingredients; whisk until smooth. Cover and chill until serving. Store in the refrigerator.
