1/2 c. fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 c. low-fat buttermilk
1/4 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. sugar
3 drops hot pepper sauce
In a food processor or blender, place all 5 ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Store in the refrigerator.
