Yield: about 1 cup
1 c. pure maple syrup
2 T. vegetable oil
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well. Serve over salad greens.
