Orange--Yogurt Dressing

Yield: 2/3 cup
1/4 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/4 c. fat-free plain yogurt
2 T. orange juice
2 tsp. honey
1 tsp grated orange peel
Dash white pepper
In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients; cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
One 2T. serving equals: 57 calories…4 gm fat (1 gm saturated)…4 mg cholesterol…82 mg sodium…5 gm carbohydrate…trace fiber…1 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: 1/2 fruit…1/2 fat
