1/2 c. white vinegar
3 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. dried basil
Fresh ground pepper
Place all ingredients in a jar; cover. Shake vigorously and refrigerate until ready to serve.
