    Citrus-Apple Tossed Salad

    8 c. torn salad greens
    3 medium naval oranges, peeled and sectioned
    2 medium red apples, thinly sliced
    1 medium pink grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
    1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
    1 celery rib, chopped

    HONEY LEMON DRESSING
    1/3 c. canola oil
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. snipped chives
    1 T. honey
    1/2 tsp. paprika

    Optional: ..... Not in nutritional counts.
    1/2 c. cubed cream cheese
    Seasoned salad croutons

    In a salad bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine dressing ingredients; shake well. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cream cheese and croutons if desired.
