    Fresh & Fruity Salad

    1 can (20 oz.) unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
    1 can (15 oz.) dark sweet cherries, drained
    1-1/2 c. cubed cantaloupe
    1-1/2 x. seeded watermelon
    1-1/2 c. cubed honey dew melon

    Dressing:
    3 T. vegetable oil
    3 T. orange juice
    3 T. lemon juice
    2 T. sugar
    1/4 tsp. paprika

    Combine fruit in a large bowl. In a small bowl combine dressing ingredients. Pour over fruit and toss to coat. Serve immediately with a slotted spoon.

    One 1/2-cup serving equals: 140 calories�8 mg sodium�0 cholesterol�24 gm carbohydrate�1 gm protein�6 gm fat ++++ Exchanges: 1-1/2 fruit�1 fat
