    Spiced-Fruit Salad

    1-1/2 c. fat-free plain yogurt
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 lbs. ripe bananas (about 3 medium), sliced
    2 medium apples, cubed
    1 T. lemon juice
    1 lb. red and/or green seedless grapes

    In a small bowl combine the first 4 ingredients. Gently toss bananas and apples with lemon juice; add grapes. Divide among individual bowls. Drizzle with yogurt mixture. Serve immediately.

    One 3/4-cup serving equals: 136 calories�1 gm fat (trace saturated_...1 mg cholesterol�26 mg sodium�34 gm carbohydrate�2 gm fiber�3 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: 2 fruit
