TZATZIKI Dipping Sauce

Recipe Introduction
For warm, fresh pita triangles
Makes about 2 cups.
Plan ahead...needs to refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
1 cup low-fat, plain yogurt
1 cup peeled, seeded, and diced English cucumber
1/4 cup chopped green onions
3 tbsp. chopped, fresh mint leaves
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Per serving: (1/4 cup): 15 calories, 0.2 g fat, 1.5 g protein, 2.4 g carbohydrate, 0.2 g fiber, 0.6 mg cholesterol, 90.1 mg sodium; % calories from fat: 11
