Pork Chops and Gravy
These are great! Don't forget the mashed potatoes. This recipe can easily be cut in half. I like to use the boneless chops but rib chops will work just fine.
List of Ingredients
- 20 Boneless pork loin Chops -- Trimmed
- 2 cans Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1 large can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 16 ounces Mushrooms -- Sliced (optional)
- 3 cups Milk
- 2 packages Onion soup mix
Instructions
- In skillet, cook chops till browned on both sides about 30 minutes. Drain. Place chops in even layer in large roasting pan. Mix together Soup, Milk, and Onion Soup Mix. Stir in the mushrooms and pour mixture over chops. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
- Serves 12 or more.
