Salisbury Steaks
List of Ingredients
- 6 Cube steaks
- Flour
- 3 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cans French onion soup
- 8 oz Fresh Mushrooms (optional) -- sliced
- Oil
Instructions
- Roll the steaks in the flour to coat. Brown steaks in oil in a skillet until outside edges are brown. In a mixing bowl, mix soups and mushrooms together. Place meat in a casserole dish and pour sauce over the meat. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
