Burritos
Recipe Introduction
List of Ingredients
- 3 packages Large flower Tortillas
- 2 cans Refried Beans
- 5 pounds Ground Chuck
- 3 packages Taco seasonings
- 1 Green Pepper -- chopped
- 2 large Tomatoes -- chopped
- 2 Onions -- chopped
- 1 pound Colby or Cheddar Cheese -- grated
Instructions
- Brown meat and drain grease. Add 2 cans refried beans, taco seasonings, and 1 chopped onion. Simmer for 20 minutes., then cool. Divide meat mixture and place on top of tortilla, tucking ends in place in large shallow pan. Mix tomato, green pepper and remaining onion together and spoon over tortillas. Spread cheese over top evenly and cover loosely with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with sour cream, salsa and taco sauce.
- Makes approx. 25 Burritos
- Great with Spanish Rice.
