This is one of my favorite meals. You certainly can't go wrong by adding more garlic.
List of Ingredients
1 pint Heavy cream
1 stick Butter
2 tbsp Cream cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tsp Garlic powder
Cooked shrimp (optional)
Instructions
In a saucepot, combine heavy cream, and butter. Simmer until butter is melted. Add the parmesan cheese, garlic powder and simmer on real low heat for about 90 minutes, stirring occassionally. Don't let the cheese burn on the bottom of the pan. Add the cream cheese and stir until disolved and well blended. This will help thicken the sauce. Season with salt and pepper if you choose. Add shrimp and simmer about 5 minutes longer just to warm the shrimp. Serve over Fettucinne.
