    Homemade Noodles

    They're fresh and they're homemade. What else can you say?


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Egg -- beaten
    • 2 tablespoons Milk
    • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
    • 1 cup Flour


    Instructions


    1. Combine egg, milk and salt. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough (approx. 1 cup). Roll very thin on floured surface. Let stand 20 minutes. Cut into thin noodles. Let dry 2 hours. Drop into boiling soup and cook uncovered about 10 minutes. Makes about 3 cups of cooked noodles
