    Oven baked Asparagus

    I like to use the smaller tender stalks. Recipe can easily be cut in half.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pounds Asparagus -- trimmed
    • 4 tablespoons Butter -- cut into bits
    • Salt and pepper -- to taste
    • Hollandaise sauce -- optional


    Instructions


    1. Place Asparagus on large piece of HD aluminum foil and dot with butter. Bring edges of foil together and seal tightly. Place foil packet on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes. Season
    2. Serves 10
