    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup Italian or Catalina dressing
    • 2 tsp.ground ginger
    • 2 1/2 - 3 lbs chicken, pieced
    • 1/2 cup Apricot preserves


    Instructions


    1. Place all ingredients in a ziplock bag to freeze. When ready to server, thaw in fridge.
    2. Bake at 375 deges for 30-45 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
