    List of Ingredients

    • 2 pkgs. frozen peas
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 1 stalk celery, chopped
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • 1 cup light cream
    • S&P
    • 2 tsp. mint leaves


    1. Cook peas in water until tender, place pleas and liquid in blender. Add onion, celery and broth; blend until smooth.
    2. Pour into a bowl, add cream, s&p and crumbled mint leaves.
    3. Freeze using freezer bag method.
    4. Defrost soup in fridge. Serve chilled.
