Soba with Toasted Sesame Seed Sauce

- 1/2 cup seasme seeds
- 8 oz soba noodles
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. white sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. dark seasme oil
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 3 cups broccoli florets
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375. Pour seeds onto a rimmed baking sheet. Toast for 10-12 minutes, until they are rich brown around the edges.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix vinigar, sugar, soy saice, seaseme oil and onions.
- Freeze in a gallon bag. Bundle with the seeds.
- Defrost sauce in cold water. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add noodles and cook 5-6 minutes. Drain and rinse well. Add sauce and seeds, toss well and add broccoli, serve at room temp.
