A freezer meal for those busy people.
List of Ingredients
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup fine chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushroom
Instructions
- In a bowl, mis together 1/4 cup of the soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg and onion.
- Shape firmly into 6 patties. Brown patties a few at a time, both sides. Spoon off fat, set aside.
- Stir in remaning soup and mushrooms, return patties to the skillet, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until done. Turn patties occasionally.
- Allow to cool and place in patties and sauce in a freezer baf. Lay flat to freeze.
- Allow to thaw during the day (take out before work) Reheat and enjoy.
