    Adobo Marinade


    Recipe Introduction


    This is a large scale marinade that can be easily decreased.


    List of Ingredients


    • 10 lb. skirt steak
    • 2 tbl. Adobo
    • 1 bunch cilantro
    • .25 cup fresh garlic paste
    • 1 cup olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Combline ingredients, coat steaks and refidgerate, at least 1 hour.


    Final Comments


    Because there is oil in this marinade when you remove it from the fridge it may look congeled, this is normal.
