    Cuban Cheese Steak - part 3

    Skirt Steak Mariande


    Recipe Introduction


    This is the adobo marinade used in many of Cabana's recipes. It can be scaled down easily.


    List of Ingredients


    • 10 lb. skirt steak
    • 2 tbl. adobo
    • 1 bunch fresh cliantro
    • .25 cup garlic paste
    • 1 cup olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingeredients, coat steak, either place in a plastic bag or lay in a shallow dish and marinade at least one hour.


    Final Comments


    The oil in this may congele while in the fridge, it lloks strange but is normal.
