    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 small Cantaloupe
    • 1 Lavash (Armenian Flatbread)
    • 1/4 cup bottled horseradish sauce
    • 6 large lettuce leaves
    • 12 oz. thinly sliced smoked turkey breast


    Instructions


    1. Cut rind from cantaloupe; cut flesh crosswise into 1/4-in thick slices.
    2. Unfold lavash. Evenly spread lavash with horseradish, top with lettuce, turkey, overlapping to fit as necessary. On a short end, arrange cantaloupe to cover half the lavash.
    3. Starting from end with cantaloupe, tightly roll lavash, jelly-roll fashion.
    4. Trim ends if you like. With serrated knife, cut roll into 4 pieces.
