Carols' Cream Cheese Danties

Cream Cheese Danties:
1 cup of sifted flour
1/2 cup of margarine
4 oz. ceram cheese
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons preserves
1 egg white beaten until frothy.
Recipe
Cut butter and chees into sifted flour until the size of monstrous peas. Work dough with clean hands until it leaves the bowl. Press into a ball and chill for one hour. Heat overn to 375 degrees, flatten dough and roll out on floured board. Cut into circles, fill with 1/4 tsp. of jam and seal edges with egg whites.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
