    • 3c. flour
    • 2c. sugar
    • 2/3c. cocoa
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 2tsps. baking soda
    • 2/3 c. oil
    • 2 tsps. vanilla
    • 2 tsps. vinegar
    • 2 c. cold water


    Instructions


    1. suft dry ingredients into bowl. make three holes in these ingredients. put oil in one hole, vanilla in one hole, and vinegar in one hole.
    2. pour cold water over all. nix well.
    3. bake at 350º for about 1 hour in tube pan.
