Crisp Onion-Rosted Potatoes

- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- ½ c. olive or vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. butter melted
- 1 tsp. thyme leaves
- 1 tsp. marjoram leaves
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 lbs. potates, cut into quarters
Instructions
- Peheat oven to 450 degrees.
- In shallow baking or roastng pan.
- Thoroughly blend all ingredientd except potatoes.
- add potatos and turn to coat thorougly.
- Bake, stirring occ. 60 minutes or util potatoes are tender and golden brown.
- Garnish if desired with chopped parsley.
