    • 3 tbsp. butter
    • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
    • 1/4 lb. muchrooms, thickly sliced
    • 1 tbsp. leamon juice
    • 2 c. milk
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1 tsp. salt dash of pepper


    Instructions


    1. In sausepan, melt butter and saute onions until golden and light.
    2. add muchrooms and leamon juice, then cook over med.- high heat until muchrooms are tender, not dark - about 5 min.
    3. Add milk, cream,salt and pepper.
    4. cook thoroughly over med. heat until hot, but not boiling.
