    • 4 c. Mashed potatoes
    • 1 egg
    • parsley
    • nutmeg
    • 1 lb. ground meat
    • onion soup mix


    Instructions


    1. Make mashed Potatoes. Add 1 egg, parsley and nutmeg to potatoes.
    2. Line a 9 inch pie pan with potatoes, and bake for 10 minutes in a 350 dgree oven.
    3. Meanwhile, brown ground beef in a skillet with onion soup mix.
    4. Ad beef to pie pan and bake again for another 15-20 min.
