Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

4 medium Portobello mushroom caps
1 tablespoon Italian salad dressing
3 medium plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped (about 1 cup chopped)
2 tablespoons fresh snipped basil leaves
2 garlic cloves, pressed
¾ cup (3 oz) shredded Italian cheese blend
2 tablespoons seasoned dry bread crumbs
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425. Brush outside only of mushroom caps with dressing. Place mushrooms, gill side up. In a deep baking dish.
Mix chopped tomatoes, basil and pressed garlic in a small bowl. Add cheese and bread crumbs; mix gently.
Scoop mixture evenly into mushroom caps. Bake 16 – 18 minutes.
