    Chocolate Zuchinni Cake

    List of Ingredients




    2 1/2 C grated zuchinni
    2 1/2 C flour
    1/4 C cocoa
    1 tsp soda
    1 tsp salt

    Mix together.

    Cream together:

    1/2 C butter
    1/2 C oil
    1 3/4 C sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 eggs

    You will also need 1/2 cup of butter milk, 6 oz chocolate chips and 3/4 cup walnuts for later.

    Add the 2 mixtures together along with 1/2 cup of buttermilk.
    Put 6 oz chocolate chips and 3/4 cup walnuts on top. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes at 350.
