2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
¼ cup whipping cream
2/3 cup powdered sugar
½ cup nuts, finely chopped
Recipe
Heat morsels, corn syrup and cream in a small pan placed over a larger pan filled with water (double boiler) until melted. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in sugar and nuts. Cool to room temperature or chill slightly. Shape into small balls. Roll in coconut, candies or powdered sugar.
