    1 cup pecans finely chopped
    3 tablespoons Dark Rum
    1 cup butter softened
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    ½ teaspoon salt
    2 cups all purpose flour
    1 cup confectioners sugar





    Recipe



    In small bowl, combine nuts and rum.

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees

    In large bowl, cream together butter and confectioners sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and nut mixture. Add flour and salt. Mix well. Shape into ¾ inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 – 15 minutes.

    Dust with confectioners sugar while warm
