    Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

    This is pretty good. Serve it with homemade bread.

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound skinless chicken thighs (5 thighs) cut into 1 inch pieces
    1/2 cup uncooked wild rice
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) condensed cream of potato soup
    1 can (14 ounces) chicken broth with roasted garlic
    2 cups frozen sliced carrots
    12 ounces of evaporated low-fat milk

    Recipe



    Place chicken in a slow cooker. Mix wild rice, onions, soup, broth and carrots; pour over chicken.

    Cover and cook on low heat setting 7 - 8 hours or until chicken is no longer pink in center.

    Stir in evaporated low-fat milk. Cover and cook on high heat setting 15 - 30 minutes or until hot.
